• ICA was established in 1956 according to the republican decision number (394) as one of those administrations work under supervision of the ministry of foreign trade and industry

• In 1977 ICA was charged to issue licenses for the establishment and management of thermal machines and steam boilers under the provisions of Law No. 55 of 1977

• In 1988 was the establishment of the branch of New  Damietta city

• In 1989 was the establishment of the branch of Tenth of Ramadan and Sixth of October

• In 1994 was the establishment of the general administration of the machines in Shubra

•In 1995 was the establishment of the administration of the machines Mansoura

• In 1998 was the establishment of the administration of the machines Zagazig and Qena

• In 2000 was the establishment of the administration of the machines Sohag

• In 2001 was the establishment of the branch of Shebin

• In 2003 received the land of the industrial zone to establish an integrated branch of ICA in Minya

• In 2004, ICA was transferred to a new building (Ramsis ext.St.-Nasr City).Currently, ICA transfer all its branches, whether the thermal machines and steam boilers or new cities to become integrated branches in order to facilitate the consumers and investors
